Laboratory’s equipment:
  • High-performance computing system on the basis of high-performance network computers for the large graphic data volumes processing (PC-based)
  • 3D images visualization system:
    • Panoramic imaging system on the basis of Mitsubishi 3000 ANSI projection device
    • Stereoimaging system on the basis of Christie 2800 ANSI projection device
  • Network stations for graphic information preparation (PC-based)
Practical results:
The Laboratory has carried out the following activity on three-dimensional graphics and digital visual effects:
  • Character animation.
  • Simulation of the liquids and rigid bodies dynamics.
  • Development of graphic interface for the virtual objects control.
  • Polygonal and NURBS-surfaces modeling.
  • Rendering with the ray tracing algorithm.
